Calm, instrumental music in each room
Pick from 8 music stations, from Calm and Soft Piano to Light Jazz and Elevator Music. Every device picks its own station, so the waiting room and a treatment room can play different music. Hear the stations.
Company
The company behind the music, what it stands for, and how to reach it.
eleMusic is a background music subscription for US locations, run by eleMusic Inc., a Delaware corporation. It has been live, with paid plans, since October 3, 2026. Each location gets 8 stations of original instrumental music, generated and mastered by eleMusic, that play in the browser on a tablet or laptop, or cast to your TV, priced by how many devices play at once. To reach us, email hello@elemusic.fm.
eleMusic Inc. is a Delaware corporation, founded by Joshua Nelson. The company is based in San Francisco, California. It was incorporated in September 2026 and began selling plans to practices on October 3, 2026. eleMusic is the name of both the company and the service: the web player, the music stations and the certificate that each location with an active plan or trial receives.
Plans are sold only to businesses, for use at their business premises, and only in the United States: every location must be in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia (Terms, Section 14.1 and Section 14.14). Our launch focuses on independent dental practices, from a single office to groups with several locations. We also welcome clinics and health systems, massage studios and spas, acupuncture clinics, hotels and schools; find the guide for your setting to check the product and purchasing fit.
We started with independent dental practices, where music plays in rooms with very different jobs: the waiting room, the front desk and the chair. The same room controls and instrumental catalog can also serve reception areas, staff rooms and shared spaces in other settings. Personal streaming accounts are licensed for personal, non-commercial use, which is why business music services exist (our Spotify guide quotes the terms). eleMusic is one of them, built around three practical needs for background music.
Pick from 8 music stations, from Calm and Soft Piano to Light Jazz and Elevator Music. Every device picks its own station, so the waiting room and a treatment room can play different music. Hear the stations.
One plan per location, sized by how many devices play at once: Solo is $15 a month for 1 device, Practice $24 for up to 5 devices, and Clinic $49 for up to 15 devices. A device is one stream: a tablet feeding the ceiling speakers in several rooms counts once. See pricing.
Every track is generated for eleMusic from our own station recipes, then checked and mastered by us before it reaches you. Every location with an active plan or trial gets an Original Catalog Certificate in its name. What the certificate covers.
The certificate describes our catalog and your subscription; it does not determine your practice's legal obligations. Other music, radio, TV and on-hold audio are outside its scope. The certificate is not a license from any performing rights organization and is not legal advice.
For the full story of the catalog, from station recipes to mastering, read How the music is made.
These are the commitments the rest of the service is built on. Where a public policy says the same thing, the section is linked.
Four things are public, so you can check them without taking our word for it.
The last check is the trial itself. New locations start with a 14-day trial. A card is required and nothing is due at checkout. A reminder goes to the billing email before the trial ends, and you can cancel in Manage billing or by emailing hello@elemusic.fm. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the card is charged the plan price when it ends. The pricing page explains how the trial works and what happens when it ends.
eleMusic Inc. does, through Stripe. The Terms of Service say:
eleMusic Inc. is the seller of every Practice Plan. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, on checkout and billing pages that Stripe hosts.
eleMusic Terms of Service, Section 14.5, version 2026-10-11, read October 11, 2026
Charges appear on a card statement under a descriptor that includes ELEMUSIC. We do not collect full payment card numbers (Privacy Policy, Section 3.9). If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank, so we can try to fix it (Terms, Section 14.13).
Email hello@elemusic.fm. One email address reaches us for everything: questions, billing, privacy requests and legal notices. Include your organization and location name so we can find your account. Please never send patient information, passwords, access codes or full card numbers.
| If you need to | Do this |
