1. Support and billing

Email hello@elemusic.fm. We aim to reply within 1 business day. That is a target, not a promise. To help us answer quickly, include your practice and Location name.

Billing

Update your card, pay an open invoice, change your plan or cancel in Manage billing in the web player at elemusic.fm. You can also cancel by email. For a charge that looks wrong, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A track that sounds wrong

Use Flag this track in the player. A flagged track may be taken out of rotation while we review it.

A music licensing letter

Do not ignore it. Forward it to hello@elemusic.fm with your certificate number. We aim to reply within 2 business days with your certificate, its verification link and a response template; that is a target, not a promise. Our help is not legal advice (Terms Section 11).

2. Privacy requests

To see, correct, export or delete your personal information, email hello@elemusic.fm from the address on your Account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle requests.

3. Copyright notices

Notices of claimed copyright infringement and counter-notices go to our designated agent, Joshua Nelson, at hello@elemusic.fm, by phone at 970-966-5292, or by mail to the address below. Our Copyright Policy lists what a notice must include and gives the agent's full details (Section 7).

4. Legal notices

Legal notices under the Terms of Service, including notices of dispute, arbitration opt-outs and rejections of a change to the arbitration terms, may be sent by email to hello@elemusic.fm or by mail or courier to eleMusic Inc., Attn: Legal, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, as Section 27.4 of the Terms describes. Service of legal process must be made on our registered agent as the law requires.
